Vi starter med Mama Pilates med Mikaela. En rolig og styrkende pilatestime tilpasset tiden etter fødsel, med fokus på pust, bekkenbunn, dyp kjernemuskulatur og kontakt med kroppen. Etter timen samles vi til en ærlig og interaktiv samtale med Guro Røberg, som står bak Byens Beste Barsel, om barseltid, identitet, fellesskap og det å finne seg selv 2.0 i en ny fase av livet.

Tendō x Byens Beste Barsel invites you to a gentle morning for mothers and babies - with movement, conversation and community.
We’ll begin with Mama Pilates with Mikaela - a calm and strengthening Pilates class adapted to the postpartum period, with a focus on breath, pelvic floor awareness, deep core connection and reconnecting with the body. After class, we’ll gather for an honest and interactive conversation with Guro Røberg, founder of Byens Beste Barsel, about postpartum life, identity, community and rediscovering yourself - version 2.0 - in a new phase of life.
A safe space for inner and outer strength, reflection and connection - during the daytime, with babies warmly welcome <3

Do I need to bring anything?
Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We recommend bringing water if needed.
For most classes, all essential equipment will be provided unless otherwise stated in the class or event description.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class or event starts.
For safety reasons, and to protect the experience for other participants, we may not be able to let you join once the class has started. Late arrival does not give you the right to a refund, transfer or replacement class.
How do I request a change if I cannot attend class?
As a general rule, all purchases are final. All cancellation or transfer requests must be sent by email to hello@tendoclub.com
Messages sent through Instagram, SMS, social media or directly to an instructor are not valid cancellation requests.
